Management of site services:

Our management office will be open and staffed from 10:00AM to 6:00PM.
six days each week (closed Sundays) and will provide many services for the owners including the following.

• Letting your home – We can provide a full letting service for your home exclusive of marketing. Please discuss what services are available and the applicable charges with our Office Manager if you wish to let your home on an ad-hoc, short term or long term basis.

• Cleaning – Before, during and after your visit, we can arrange for your home to be kept spotless, including laundry of bed linen and towels and the provision of toiletries. A daily, weekly or monthly charge will apply.

• Maid services – We can organise maid services to suit your requirements. (i.e. for the day, the week, for the duration of your stay or to live in permanently)

• Catering – We can arrange chefs and / or cooks to visit your home and to cook a formal dinner or BBQ.

• Car rentals – We can arrange for fully insured car and jeep hire at competitive rates, delivered to and collected from your home. Taxis can also be arranged for any duration or distance. Boats of all sizes and types can also be arranged if required.

• Bill payment – For a small surcharge we can arrange prompt payment of all your household bills such as utilities, Internet, club memberships etc.
