After building numerous individual bespoke homes and small estates on the West Coast of the United States and in Bangkok, our first Phuket development was in Fisherman’s Way in Chalong. Sold before completion the success of this project led us to purchase 20 rai (9 acres) of prime lakefront land at the entrance to the famous Laguna Resort at Bang Tao Bay.

Completed in January 2002 the new development ‘Lakeshore Villas’ consists of 9 large Villas, all with their own 50 metre swimming pools built along the bank of a beautiful, jade coloured freshwater lake. Additionally toward the rear of the site, on slightly elevated ground were constructed 8 Townhomes, in a stunning tropical garden setting, with a large pool, complete with its own waterfall for the exclusive use of the Townhome owners.

The Lakeshore Villas development was an immediate success and all Villas were sold within 3 months of release. The whole development of its 17 properties together with all the gardens, amenities and landscaping were completed in January 2002, exactly two years after commencement. Our latest development, Lakewood Hills (situated only a mile from Lakeshore Villas) broke ground on June 1st 2002 and the whole site is expected to be fully completed by Christmas 2004 with the first properties occupied from Easter 2004.
