Welcome to Lakewood Hills

After building numerous individual bespoke homes and small estates on the West Coast of the United States and in Bangkok, our first Phuket development was in Fisherman’s Way in Chalong. Sold before completion the success of this project led us to purchase 20 rai (9 acres) of prime lakefront land at the entrance to the famous Laguna Resort at Bang Tao Bay.

Completed in January 2002 this development ‘Lakeshore Villas’ consists of 9 large Villas, all with their own 50m swimming pool. Additionally towards the rear of the site, on a slightly elevated ground, we built 10 single storey villas in a stunning tropical garden setting with a large pool, and waterfall for the exclusive use of these owners.

The Lakeshore Villas development was an immediate success and all Villas were sold within 3 months of release. The whole development of its 19 properties together with all the gardens, amenities and landscaping were completed in January 2002, exactly two years after commencement.
